The training was purposed to equip Political Workers, Office Bearers, and Political influencers for their conceptual clarity on the topics of Federalism, the 18th Constitutional amendment, the Local Government System, Democracy, and other relevant topics related to strengthening the political system and democratic participation.

The local leaders and representatives of political parties were oriented on the role and responsibilities of the Council of Common Interest, Problem, and the way forward regarding the NFC award, local governance, and community mobilization.

The participants included district and tehsil level political workers, and office-bearers from all major political parties. The participants actively engaged in all activities and enthusiastically participated in the interactive sessions. District Officer Social Welfare Mr. Zafar Khan was the Chief Guest of the event. He admired the efforts of Shaoor Foundation and Hanns Seidel Foundation for enhancing the capacities of the lower cadre of political parties.
